专家点评

Late evening today a handful of callers using +12135460763 are popping up in complaints, most of them sounding like either a generic scam warning or a bogus energy‑upgrade pitch. The pattern suggests a blend of classic social‑security phishing and unsolicited marketing that skirts Do‑Not‑Call rules. If you receive a call demanding immediate action or personal data, hang up, block the number, and verify any claim through official channels. For suspicious energy‑program offers, request written proof and check the agency’s website before replying. Using *67 won’t stop the call from ringing back, so consider a call‑filter app or carrier‑level block for persistent offenders.

12135460763 电话营销 California State Energy Program

It appears that another construction company is utilizing the California State Energy Program to promote free home upgrades, despite being listed on the DO NOT CALL registry; I always listen politely before declining, and when I called back using *67, the call rang unanswered for a while, contributing to the list of unwanted solicitations.
