After receiving a mysterious text from +1 (209) 739-4326, I decided to block and delete the message, but not before copying it for reporting purposes.
It appears there is a misunderstanding about the capabilities of the DNC list, which is merely a registry and cannot prevent spoofing or spamming; perhaps a review of its intended purpose is in order
The fact that the DNC has limited power over spoofed numbers used by scammers and spammers is quite concerning.
This number frequently calls, typically in the mid-morning, and often goes to voicemail without leaving a message
