The actions of Harris Walz, formerly associated with Biden Harris, constitute aggravated identity theft, as they address me by someone else's name, rendering their messages as spam. Notably, sending texts to a deactivated and reassigned phone number can lead to unwanted communications for the new owner, which the FCC considers spam and can result in fines up to $1,500 per message. I have reported these incidents, including damages exceeding costs over 18 months, with calculations based on weekly solicitations to a deactivated number, exploiting my phone's memory. Moreover, this is not from a democrat and blocks my device from receiving messages from emergency contacts, resulting in substantial damages.
