Even if its tinkoff, i dont think you should order it via phone, you can do it thru the app and get it delivered home, but when i tryed to close it, i coudnt even convince them to close the credit in half a hour!!! This is a negitive push and alot of calls from all banks.....

Tinkoff bank manager, since the electronic secretery 'Oleg' didnt bother to comunicate with him, he claims that the managers are usng the bank's database to try and sell me servises, i didnt bother to talk to him, i just hung up... this is just infomercial nonsence...
