Expertadvies

Watch out for callers claiming to be Google Maps and asking for your business hours. These calls are almost always unsolicited and many reports label them as scam or spoofed calls. Never share sensitive details until you independently verify the request through the official Google Business dashboard or a known support channel. If the caller sounds like a robot or an AI voice, hang up, block the number, and report it to the FTC’s Do Not Call Registry. Keep a log of the call date, time, and number in case you need to dispute fraudulent activity later.
