Szakértői vélemény
Ever wondered why a UK number keeps asking for your bank security code? The pattern points to a classic scam where callers impersonate TD Bank or telecom providers to harvest credentials. Callers often claim a problem with a recent transaction, then pressure you to press a keypad button or share personal data. Always verify the request by hanging up and dialing the official institution’s number you already have on file. Never enter PINs or passwords during an unsolicited call, and enable two‑factor authentication where possible. If you suspect fraud, report the number to your carrier and local consumer protection agency, and block the caller on your device.

Skipped the incoming call, but I've gotten ones about job centers I didn't buy into, so this seems like a slicker ploy to steal cash. Ignore it.

Attempted TD account access twice, triggering their callback both times. English-accented messages provided a PIN for login. Seems legitimate since it functioned properly
