ความคิดเห็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
The analysis of the comments and caller information suggests that the caller is likely to be a market research company, with some users confirming that the number is listed on the Ipsos Mori website as one of their numbers. However, many users have reported nuisance calls and scam attempts from this number, with some experiencing continuous calls and silent calls. The callers often claim to be conducting a survey about various topics, including banking and business. Despite some users confirming the legitimacy of the caller, others have raised concerns about the authenticity of the calls, citing the timing and frequency of the calls as suspicious. It is essential to exercise caution when receiving calls from unknown numbers, especially if they are asking for personal details or trying to sell something.

It appears Ipsos Mori has disregarded TPS regulations by making unsolicited calls, including one at 5pm on a Sunday, which suggests scamming activity.
It is unlikely that Ipsos Mori would contact numbers on the TPS Register, especially on a Sunday evening, suggesting this is a scam call

The woman mentioned Ipsos, but I declined to confirm my name, and she ended the call politely.
Rang this evening at 19:51. After several 'hellos,' a strange-sounding man said hello, mentioning my name, and started with 'I’m Ger….' I hung up. Usually, I ignore unknown calls, but with so many, I thought I'd check in case it was my phone provider. Probably not, considering the comments.

They were requesting my personal information.
It appears that Ipsos Mori is a genuine market research company, and when they claim to be calling on behalf of another company, it simply means they have been commissioned to conduct a survey; if you're not interested in participating, a polite decline is sufficient
