Further investigation reveals that this number is linked to 208 821 7587, with the caller at the latter number being identified as Shad Dunthorn, originating from Idaho Falls, Idaho, and now this Citibank scam appears to be connected to both numbers, so it's crucial to block them immediately.

I'm unsure about the purpose of the call.
This number continues to call twice daily, often resulting in dead air or hanging up, and has been flagged as a potential robo call, similar to those from fake IRS and Social Security numbers, possibly due to a recent data breach.
The thing that bothers me is they never leave a mesage, and call me alot of times a day, I dont have any citibank cards, I think the caller ID is being spoofed and thats why I get alot of robo calls
It's posible that these peoples are scammers, they called me pretending to be from Citibank/Home Depot, the lady had a heavy indian accent and tryed to get me to say yes
Its not actually Citibank, its a phishing scam, they try to get you to say 'yes' so they can record it and use it to acess your accounts, wich is prettydangerous.
The caller claimed to be from Citi Collections Bank.
