专家点评

Earlier today, a wave of complaints surfaced about a glossy postcard promising Amazon or Target gift cards after you "scratch & match" a winning number. The fine print repeatedly cites PTCI and a toll‑free 855‑270‑5931 line, but retailers confirm they never run such promotions. Treat any unsolicited mail that asks you to call for a prize as a scam. Hang up, never provide personal or payment info, and flag the number with your carrier. Report the mailer to the FTC, your local post office, and the retailer whose logo is misused. Blocking the caller and spreading the warning can protect others.
