While the outreach is legal, the frequency can feel harassing, especially for folks on the Do‑Not‑Call registry. The safest move is to opt‑out directly with Nielsen—most scripts include a polite request to be removed—or use your phone’s blocking feature and report the number to the FTC. If the calls persist, consider filing a complaint with the FCC’s robocall complaint portal.
Relentless stalking is what I've experienced from this number, which they apparently obtained from the internet

It's been a while since I last heard from Nielsen, but if they reach out again, I'm more than happy to participate in their survey or program

NIELSEN has been calling me twice a day, everyday, since Sep 11, 2018, requesting to do a Radio Survey, but it's becomming a nuissance, someone should report them, it's geting out of hand, they call at all hours, from before 8:00 am to after 9:30 pm, it's rediculous.
Frequent calls, up to three times a day, are being received, which is particularly inconvenient after a recent hospital stay

Suddenly, I've been getting several calls from this number over the past few days, but they dont leave a message, so I asume its a scam or spam, hopefully they will give up soon, otherwise I will have to report them to the FCC, I only anser calls from numbers I recogize
The language spoken by the caller was Asian, which was immediately apparent.
While sitting comfortably, the landline rang, and upon answering, the caller hung up abruptly.
Over 40 missed calls in two weeks, with no messages, are frustrating and suggest spam activity.
I finaly answered a call from this number and it was Nielson ratings, they were very profesional, didnt ask any personel questions, i provided my most watched channels and will recieve a gift in the mail, they allready had my informations

For the second time in 2 days, the caller let my answering machine play then keep the line open for 5 sec before hanging up, it's geting annoying and i have report this number to the FTC and FCC

This number has been calling me daily for the past 2 weeks, and despite being on my block list, they continute to call, somtimes as early as 9am or as late as 9pm, which is alot of harassments
It's reasonable to expect that when calls go unanswered, they should cease, considering some individuals utilize caller ID to avoid unwanted interactions.
Following three calls with no message, the third call resulted in no one being on the line when answered, prompting me to block the number.
I hate this people, they are annoying, i block their number and i sugest everyone do the same

The call was from Nielsen TV ratings, which was blocked as it was irrelevant.
I keep recieving calls, regardless of the time, I finaly answered, and told the woman to stop calling, and to take me off their list, since I'm on the do not call list, but I guess that dont matter
