After completing a survey about Seasonal Flu and H1N1, which included questions about flu shot plans and previous vaccinations, I realized it was likely a legitimate survey.
This number called me three times in one morning, and when I called back, it said it couldnt find the location of my call, which is ridiculus.
This number appears to be a general number from Foothills Hospital, which shows up on caller ID, because some patients have their numbers set to block private numbers, and staff need to contact them, so they use this number, which is not necesarily related to a survey.
Im gratefull for the info, beeing new to this area, it seemed kinda weird to me, especialy coming from Ontario

It was discovered that the call was from the sleep center, and they were attempting to schedule a long-awaited appointment, providing an alternative number for me to call back.
The frequency of calls from this number is alarming, with three attempts made already. It's clear that the organizers of this survey are being quite insensitive. People generally dislike receiving such calls and wish they would be more considerate.
