专家点评

Block the number on your handset and any call‑blocking service you use; that alone stops most of these nuisance calls. Many callers use an SMS‑to‑voice system that converts a text alert into a recorded message, often for parcel deliveries from firms like Hermes or Sports Direct. Because the service can’t verify the recipient, it ends up ringing landlines that never signed up, creating frustration. If you do answer, hang up immediately and avoid pressing any digits—those prompts can route you to premium‑rate lines. Consider registering your landline with a reputable delivery notification service or switching to mobile alerts to reduce false calls.

Safe but siliy, this is about a delivery but what's the point of having a landline if it can't even comunicate? Should just say mobiles only and have an online system, innit.
